We're growing - and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. OakScape Property Services is hiring crew members in the Birmingham and Vestavia Hills area, and we're not just filling a seat. We want someone who actually gives a damn about the work.

Here's what the job looks like day to day. You'll be out in the field mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential and commercial properties. You'll be handling mulch installs, pine straw, sod, plants, and seasonal cleanups. Some days are heavy lifting. All days are outside. If that sounds like your kind of work, keep reading.

No experience? We'll train the right person. But you do need a valid driver's license, a clean record, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs in all conditions. What we can't train is reliability. You either show up or you don't. We need people who show up.
